This event emphasizes the importance of our children seeing themselves reflected in books that depict their reality and successes. Bring your young ones too! \nMs. Love as moderator! \nIntroducing guest readers: Danielle Norris – Ellington Brown – AND Special Guest \nTo connect to the event using Zoom\, please register for the occasion on Eventbrite. \nAbout Our Book Huddles: \nOur Children’s Book Huddle meets on the second and fourth Thursday of each month. We discuss the themes of featured books and how they relate to Black History\, culture\, and lived experiences. Several of the attendees are authors. But this is not a prerequisite to participating. As a matter of fact\, people have been inspired to write as a result of their being a part of the group. We would like to extend the invitation globally for others to join the Huddle.
