DESCRIPTION:Join your friends at Hercules Library for music\, rhymes\, flannel board stories\, and book-centered fun! This week\, we are celebrating Black Children’s Book Week with special guest\, local author & educator Phelicia Lang! Enjoy some of the newest books from her Tay series celebrating the adventures of a confident\, kind\, young Black boy and his friends. \nWe’ll have two identical back-to-back storytimes with limited space in each:\n10:00-10:30am in the Children’s Library (limited to 75 attendees)\n10:30-11:00am in the Large Conference Room (limited to 65 attendees) \nLibrary storytime is a great way to help young children develop their early literacy and social skills while building a lifelong love of learning. Plus\, it’s a lot fun! \nBest for children ages 5 and younger with a caregiver\, but all ages and abilities are welcome.\nFor special accommodations\, please contact the Library with 72 hours notice. \nPlease follow and like us:
