DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Black History Month with the University City Regional Library for our Diversity in Children’s Books Writers and Illustrators Workshop.  \nLocal illustrator Bre’anna M. Washington-Weatherford will be the guest presenter for this informative session. \nDuring this workshop\, you will be guided into how to self-publish and market children’s books that will connect with families who will love and benefit from them for generations. You will identify your why\, learn best practices for using marketing tools\, understand your target audience\, channel the importance of having a growth-oriented mindset\, enhance your creativity\, and convey the art of storytelling and illustration.
