Black Children’s Book Party

You’re invited to join us as we celebrate the joy and creativity of Black children and their books.  The afternoon will include read aloud’s, guest authors, games, and giveaways.   This afternoon of fun and celebration is a collaboration between What is Black?, Baltimore Read Aloud, and the Frederick County Public Library.
