We are celebrating Black Children’s Book Week with our first annual Celebrating with Books Cafe. Our feature guest is Bellen Woodard, author of More than Peach! Twelve-year-old Bellen Woodard is the bright light & trailblazing CEO, best-selling children’s book author, TIME Kid-of-the-Year Honoree & keynote who launched Bellen’s More than Peach Project®️ in the spring of 2019 when just 8 years old.
As the pioneer of the 1st inclusive-centered art supplies brand and the World’s 1st Crayon Activist, Bellen’s innovation and vision have now led & transformed an entire industry.
Join us for an afternoon of light fare, an interview-style question-and-answer segment, and a short reading.
This event has limited seating. All tickets include a signed hardback copy of Bellen’s Book- More than Peach, More than Peach Crayon Kit, and a sweet treat! One ticket is entry is for both 1 adult and 1 child. There will be light refreshments.
