Come and help us celebrate Black Children’s Book Week! We will be reading aloud “Daisy Lou & The J Crew” as well as “The ABCs of Black History.” Our vision is to engage children in the form of characters and history makers who look like them, introduce friends and family of all race and ethnic groups, provide a realistic and positive representation of minorities in today’s society and promote early childhood literacy.
