Join your friends at Hercules Library for music, rhymes, flannel board stories, and book-centered fun! This week, we are celebrating Black Children’s Book Week with special guest, local author & educator Phelicia Lang! Enjoy some of the newest books from her Tay series celebrating the adventures of a confident, kind, young Black boy and his friends.
We’ll have two identical back-to-back storytimes with limited space in each:
10:00-10:30am in the Children’s Library (limited to 75 attendees)
10:30-11:00am in the Large Conference Room (limited to 65 attendees)
Library storytime is a great way to help young children develop their early literacy and social skills while building a lifelong love of learning. Plus, it’s a lot fun!
Best for children ages 5 and younger with a caregiver, but all ages and abilities are welcome.
For special accommodations, please contact the Library with 72 hours notice.
